Our “Healer Within” Spring Reboot is an intensive 6-week breakthrough program designed to help you make sense of all the nutritional advice you get bombarded with everyday and streamline everything to find a blueprint that actually works for you.
The program melds a basic Western nutritional understanding with a unique Eastern philosophical approach to health and helps you develop and sustain the proper mindset for making holistic nutritional and lifestyle changes.

What are the topics of the sessions and what is a typical session like?
Your in-person sessions will center around helping you shift towards a whole, real food nutrition regimen while exploring the lifestyle factors that go hand-in-hand with achieving your goals. Throughout the program we will support each other through a 30-day whole foods-based diet “reset” with easy to access meal recipes and shopping lists in order to be able to make a healthful transition.
Each focused and interactive session is carefully designed to break down the barriers to your success. We will work as a woman-centered, nurturing group to define your goals and actively keep you on task and engaged in your own process, which will in turn enable you to see results.

Your Personal Foundation and Goals — Understanding your current condition, identifying past challenges, seeing your bigger picture, defining your goals, and then getting out of your own way
Your Relationship with Food — Understanding the Energetics of Food and getting past “nutrition-ism” to communicate with food holistically in a manner that truly supports your health; Evaluating your current eating habits, understanding food triggers, learning to understand the “whys” of cravings, exploring the relationship between food and mood, “communicating” with your food, and understanding food as medicine
Your Lifestyle — Exploring all the components that lead to a healthy lifestyle, assessing your levels of fulfillment in all areas of your life, reducing stress/anxiety, influencing better sleep, learning to be “positively active”;
